Wednesday, May 4, 2011 - Bibendum Bordeaux 2010 tasting including selected back vintages (Lords Cricket Ground - St Johns Wood, London): I knew that this wine would be vying with the alpha dogs to stake its claim at the top of the vintage podium. It really doesnt disappoint, with bags of power, however with a certain finesse and contradictory lightness in the palate. This wine really does dance in your mouth. Not so much a beefcake, more svelte, accurate and with targeted power - more SAS than Navy seal. 94-96+
