Monday, December 29, 2014 - Consumed over two nights in Riedel Vinum glass. Day 1, spicy black fruits and some bell pepper; quite tannic and without much structure. Day 2, slightly better as the tannin had dissipated/integrated with some oxidation. Wine was still fresh, however. Hold for a couple of years and see how this evolves.
