Wednesday, June 17, 2015 - Another great Huet. Decanted for about an hour. Sweetness evolved over next 2 while drinking. The wine has plenty of life left in it. The nose was fairly muted with some apple and apricot. The taste was another story. There is a lot of ripe apple on the palate with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. The finish is medium-long. I am going to wait another year for the next bottle.
