Saturday, August 5, 2023 - PnP. Drank along side the ‘96. Very similar appearance. The nose on the ‘00 was stronger with sweet notes like cocoa powder and graphite. Palate had more darker cherries and vanilla. This was clearly a notch above the ‘96.
