Friday, February 27, 2015 - Initially a tight and somewhat closed nose. Dirty and chalky, becoming more perfumed with time. With considerable air time the palate brings dark plum, mellow earth flavors, chalkiness, and light spice. This wine required significantly more time to open than either the GE or the Richebourg, but when it did was a great wine. Bottle from domaine.
