Tuesday, May 17, 2011 - A fresh fairly dark rose, a very dark pink perhaps. The nose is strawberry, citric and acid. The taste is light bodied wine a splash of sweetness, pineapple, with an acidic finish. Best when a touch warmer so take it out and let it warm up a few degrees.
