Friday, May 10, 2013 - Loire based dinner at Fuleen Seafood, Chinatown, NYC w/ Brad Kane and several others. Very generously brought by Brad as he had scanned my CT notes and did not see that i had ever had this before ( I hadn't ). Sadly the wine was corked. The nose was dead with just cork taint but the palate showed sweet apricots and tremendous depth. Awesome to think of what a pristine bottle would taste like given all that came through on the palate of this corked bottle. Not rated.
