Monday, May 19, 2014 - Not sure if this CdP was really that good, but boy did it hit the spot! This has enough fruit for modern-leaning palates, but enough garrigue and structure for traditional palates. This opened up more modern in style but balanced our nicely with a slightly grippy edge over time. Aromas and flavors of red berries, oak, kirsch, and spice lead to uplifting complexity on the finish. Best finish I've had on a CdP in awhile.
