Wednesday, January 19, 2022 - Still hanging in there !! I agree with my tasting note of almost 15 months ago.
Dry cork broke, but managed to get it out with minimal drama. Dark burgundy color with low clarity. Consumed over two days, remained balanced to the acidic side throughout. I still have one bottle of this vintage remaining in the cellar.
