Friday, January 13, 2012 - Nose of really focused Meyer lemon aromas, mineral crusted. Palate has a really fine and glossy texture. Like dropping down the Giant Slide and then your hands fly up in the air. Palate almost operates on assumption of lime fruits around the corner, saline and even a floral breath.
