Friday, June 24, 2011 - Dropped in the decanter for about an hour before pairing with filet mignon. Really lovely floral and roasted herb nose jumping out of the glass. The fruit is rich and structured, but wound pretty tight right now. I also got a wonderful herb and pencil lead finish that I love so much from Cab Franc. I don't think this is built for the long haul, but it definitely still needs a year or so in bottle to come together. Excellent for the price.
