Saturday, January 29, 2011 - Decanted for1 hr and then rebottling before walking to Eos. At Eos, Oscar again poured into decanter. Kept improving throughtout our 1-1/2 hr dinner.
Mature cassis flavors. Clearly a superior wine, and even better than our last experience 3 years ago.Ellen, the hypertaster thought she tasted brett, and would only give it a 91. I informed her she was tasting a mature wine, and brett is smelled, not tasted.
