Thursday, December 8, 2005 - Phelps Insignia Vertical 15+ Years: Vertical tasting. Really impressive fruit, still getting better (vs. many 97s that seem to be fading). Very concentrated fruit, black cherry and currant, with interesting cocoa and espresso elements as well. Wish the finish were a bit longer.
