Saturday, April 17, 2004 - Seattle Tasting Group does 22 years of Phelps Insignia (Bellevue, WA, USA): The nose shows oak and chocolate. Oh my goodness, the palate is so ripe, almost clumsy like a puppy, but it pulls it off. This shows chocolate and very ripe cassis. This is just so lush!
