Wednesday, May 12, 2021 - Wish I had a few more. The cork was intact when I opened it, then decanted 2 hours and it was an incredible treat by itself and it paired perfectly with steak. Always wonder how the wine will hold up when held onto this long & this one was great still. Like the recent notes from other celar trackers that have enjoyed this wine & shared. Figured with it being Insignia & the ratings from the “pro’s” it was going to be a perfect one to hold onto. Cheers
