Tuesday, April 5, 2011 - Dinner for Joe and Crystal (Ming Kee): Freshly cut grass, lemons and some honeysuckle one the nose. Rich and very crisp, citrusy, lots of lemons, grapefruit and a dash of guavas on the finish.
