Saturday, June 20, 2015 - Some initial spritz. Medium metallic gold color. Rich honey and tropical fruit nose. Sweet; pineapple, orange peel, lemon lime soda or ginger ale element too. Grapefruit, lanolin, with a smooth mouthfeel. Very nice mid-palate depth. Great pairing with shrimp etoufe'. Medium - long finish.
