Saturday, September 28, 2013 - Very dark, almost black towards the centre. Sweet, luscious red fruit on the nose, cassis, blueberries, chocolate, liquorice, cherries as well, very ripe. Big and powerful on the palate, lots of fruit, multi-layered, complex, fresh and acidic with slightly drying but superbly well integrated tannins. Long finish, a superb wine. Very young, should improve with more bottle age.
