Sunday, October 18, 2020 - First bottle drank after coravin tasting (10 months earlier). Cork seemed to come out a little easily, but otherwise wouldn't have noticed this had been tasted before. Big and deep, but amazingly not too tannic. Drank over two nights and teeth weren't too blue. Long life ahead, but drinkable already.
