Wednesday, June 3, 2015 - Popped and poured this last night and it showed beautifully. Best bottle of this so far. Surprisingly, it was open for business. Utterly delicious wine. Class Beaucastel with garrigue and a little barnyard funk that blew off after some air. Silky smooth wine with plent of dark purple and red berries on the palate. Long finish. A classic in the making!
