Thursday, December 24, 2015 - This wine is classic Rioja in every sense. The terroir, acid, tannin and the fruit is outstanding, especially if you open early and give it time in the glass to open up. Dark fruit, cherry and something I couldn't quite pinpoint but it's a spice/herbal quality that we really enjoyed. I'm glad I have a handful of these left. This wine is complex.
