Monday, December 31, 2018 - NY Eve tasting of 6 wines: (decanted, back into bottle) Strong complex aromas of coconut, oak, apple tree, earth, tarte tatin and some vegetal notes. Flavours of dark fruit...cherries, and garrigue. Firm and concentrated...full-bodied...well balanced wine. Medium finish. Could age a bit more... Average score from six tasters: 92
