Saturday, September 13, 2014 - On opening, at 15C, this is dainty and beautiful: fresh red fruits, light, sweet, fragrant, classic Burgundy. There is a very faint hint of minerality (iron) and earth. Nice with duck paté.
Very good with roast poussin. Sustaining itself very well an hour and a half after opening. Fresh, fragrant but with depth too. Just lovely!
