Wednesday, December 23, 2015 - Much better than my last bottle. Still faint hints of oxidation, but in this case it was rather attractive, mingling with the white and stone fruits along with some lovely minerality and citrus notes. Fantastically broad middle palate that gives way to very bright acidity and layers of complexity. Finish is a bit short, but also very cleansing. Absolutely brilliant with pork.
