Saturday, February 14, 2015 - Saturated deep ruby red. Aromas of dark cherry and touch of mocha. Smooth and superbly balanced with a big finish. Stood up in cellar two days before drinking. Opened and sampled 8 hours prior to dinner and left unopened in cellar. Another sip 2 hours before meal. No decanting required. WOTN.
