Sunday, July 10, 2011 - Decanted and served right away. Bottle in perfect condition.
Very clear dark amber honey color. Nose round and sweet. Exploded in the mouth, so so so round, sweet, but also the acidity giving it the perfect balance.

Amazing and very very unique. None of the 5 guests had ever expected nor experienced anything like this - includidng many vintages of Yquem.

44 years and still young. Surely the winner of the evening despite the hard competition from Cheval Blanc. 100 points, which I never have given this before today! Sadly I only had one of these bottles in my cellar...
