However, each sip became progressively worse, ultimately revealing this bottle to be very lightly corked. The next morning, the initial bouquet was still quite alluring as it went down the sink. This bottle was a disappointment, though a fascinating glimpse into the way a modest TCA infestation plays havoc with our sensory perceptions.
