Saturday, August 4, 2007 - We let this decant for a solid hour before trying it. It had a great nose of ripe fruit and definitely some alcohol, but the taste was very much subdued. It's still pretty good, but the flavor does not match the nose at all. If you have any left, it's definitely time to start drinking.
