Friday, March 15, 2024 - The one with Tai Wah BCM: Leftovers from the previous night. Hauntingly youthful and fresh. Red silky fruit along with hawthorn and dark chocolate wafts on the opening while mulberries, tea leaves, truffle and roses dominate the palate. High concentration of fruit here with subtle acidity giving it the support it needs. Tannins have softened but still pretty sturdy. Not sure I like this though, felt a little too extracted for my preference.
