Sunday, January 24, 2016 - Brought to Peppoli at Spanish Bay, had with their famous Lasagna Tradizionale Classic-Style, Stuffed with Filet Mignon, Calabrese Sausage & Parmesan Cheese...decanted and shook vigorously for 30 mins……no Monfo this year, so this has all the good juice! SO young right now, but fantastic with an amazing future! Such pretty and intoxicating florals here….dried roses, red licorice, flowers, tar, orange grove……surprisingly the tannic grip is not too strong….silky smooth red berry fruits….pretty, yet has a deep dark power to it…..little mint, tobacco spice, leather…..tilled rose garden, dusty cherry spice. Just SO tasty to drink right now…if you like the dry pucker, which I do…..but 10+yrs will do you wonders! Need more for the cellar.+pts
