Sunday, March 21, 2021 - Bottle-breathed for 8 hours.
Masses of vegetal soup notes, followed by notes of plum, prune, spices, earthiness and game. Acidity is high enough to keep the wine fresh. Fairly silky tannins. Goes well with stewed beef.
