Wednesday, January 29, 2020 - Pleasantly surprised....upon opening, still wound very tight. Changed dramatically in the glass with strong tannins still present. Thought it might have just been done...left on counter overnight. After 24 hours open (1/2 bottle) i tried....WOW! Silky smooth and drinking beautifully.
