Monday, June 1, 2015 - A private tasting (Restaurant De Gieser Wildeman *, Noordeloos, Netherlands): Mature colour; spicy and herby nose, hint of lovage, very mature but still has presence, warmth from the wood; supple and attractive palate, well-balanced, good grip, crisp acidity, energetic; good length, tea-like finish. Nice wine, nice complexity.
