Wednesday, September 30, 2015 - Bouquet of cherry and dark fruits, slight vanilla smell, forest floor, loads of oak. I think this one needs more time. The vanilla and color are two indicators, as this is very dark and reminds me of a young wine. The tannins have mellowed out and softened in the glass over 4 hours. It's still a good wine but I'd let this sit a while. I'm sure my rating will change with time.
