Saturday, February 8, 2014 - This was drank at a local restaurant after 4 hours of decanting. To sum up this wine tonight, all I can say is "Wow"! This stunning clear wine was purple in colour and had a nose of spices. In the glass were flavours of red cherries, chocolate and some caramel. The levels of tannins and acidity as well as spices were just to my liking. This was an amazing bottle.
