Tuesday, January 16, 2024 - Nose with red fuits and berries, very discreet anise and bitter roses.
Mouth with red fruits, earthy and good tannins (medium +).
Still pretty high acidity, when fruit and tannins are taking into consideration. High alcohol percent as well perhaps feels higher than actual. Food wine absolutely.
Pairs good with beef, but not a big weekend wine.
