Monday, February 13, 2006 - Beautyful colour, ruby red, starting to become orange at the rim. The nose is slightly sweet with loads of barnyard, roses, thyme, meat and black pepper. On the palate this is enjoyable with the fruit very present followed by a firm structure. Excellent and not yet at its peak, although perfectly drinkable. Elegant.
