Tuesday, April 4, 2023 - Medium yellow. Flowers and yellow fruit. Pleasing medium+ weight with some glycerine but not as dense as Chenin can be. Off dry, succulent pear fruit, excellent acidity, a bit of soil and grapefruit on the finish. Outstanding and completely fresh.
