Friday, June 23, 2023 - Deep yellow/light golden. A little honey and burnt sugar. Full, glycerine texture. Crystalline, pure quince and citrus. Off dry entry but excellent acidity leads to a drier finish. No oxidation. Mature but should stay at this level for some years.
