Friday, August 10, 2012 - Tasted and opened at Carpe Diem in Napa. Very young and primary. Game, tobacco, and fresh red fruit on the nose. Sour cherry palate, with young smokey oak. Needs substantial time in the bottle would not open for 1-2 years.
