Sunday, August 8, 2021 - This is my second bottle of a 6 pack. Decanted this for 30 minutes prior to serving with home made pizza. The nose is mostly tertiary - lots of stewed plum, apricot, licorice, and a touch of oak on the nose. The palate is full bodied, smooth, with tannins nicely integrated. The fruit became a little more forward as we drank it over the next 2 hours. The finish is medium length. Overall really nice enjoyable wine.
