Wednesday, December 27, 2006 - Medium golden yellow. Distinctly honeyed nose, brioche and floral notes. Plenty of honey on the palate too, floral notes, traces of creamy oak, decent acidity and very long finish with nutty notes at the tail end. Taut, with good complexity, although perhaps lacking a little generosity and charm.
