Tasting: Brunello, Barolo, Super Tuscan, and Bordeaux (LA Hutchinson Cocktail and Grill): Started a bit acrid with wooden joints showing but evolved in the glass and set some aside as long as I could at the tasting. Black cherry, sandlewood, sage, white pepper with plus acid lead to a mineral finish. A slight sweetness to the tannin that makes it tolerable now esp with a meal. Has enough purity that I think with just a little more time this will be very good.
