Tuesday, February 14, 2012 - Aromas of cinnamon-dusted apple, pastry crust, fresh cut flowes, add up to a surprisingly complex nose. Creamy and smooth on the palate, with just a hint of acidity around the edges that serve to restrain ripe apples and pears. Slightly roasted nuts compete with a yeasty finish to create a deliciously fun mouthfeel. Wish I'd bought more of this.
