Wednesday, November 20, 2013 - Nicely balanced Champagne, with a decent amount of yeast mixed in with lemon and pineapple. Small bubbles up front lead to a long finish. Contains some complexity, but drink it because of it's refreshing characteristics. Excellent value too.
