Thursday, December 1, 2016 - Clear Deep ruby core with light purple rim. Nose is rich dark berry with a subtle pleasant gaminess. Palate is clean with med acidity, med + tannin, ripe dark berry. Still developing but very drinkable now. A couple of years with do it nicely. Alcohol will mellow and integrate with time but a bit prominent now. All in all a nice blend.
