Wednesday, March 21, 2007 - Maybe these need more airtime and a chillier serving temp... I'm not one to be overly penalizing for ripeness in of itself, but the heat on this one just keeps it down for me. Yes it has a zin profile of fruit, but for my tastes there is not enough balance and depth to support the heat.
