Monday, November 23, 2015 - Maybe it's the age, but it's a bit too mineral/salty in the finish. However, it's still a great wine, much better than expected: fruity but softened by just the right amount of acidity. Goes perfect with soft cheese. Just bought more (later vintage) immediately after drinking.
