Friday, January 18, 2013 - Straw yellow. Fine nose of lemon, a little bit of toast but not dominating, acacia blossoms, fennel seeds, butter. On the palate very fresh and fine, similar flavors like in the nose, medium bodied finish. More complex flavors in the finish will develop probably with time. For me 90-91 at the moment.
