Tuesday, March 20, 2012 - Fantastic as usual from Huet. Bitter strawberry laced with honey on the nose. Silky soft on the palate with incredibly delicate finish. A plethora of tropical notes on the tongue. Paired with glazed grilled ham steak and scalloped potatoe. Marvelous.
